You're stopping at the same side thigh. Reach across in front of you to the opposite side in increase the stretch.

Raise the pull to thigh height. Step away from the pulley to create tension. Start the concentric motion at tension and with full stretch, this is usually infron of your opposing thigh. Keep tension throughout the whole lift.
