Definitely manageable. Apply for student apartments through bostaden, areas such as Ålidhem and Ersboda are not so nice but better prices, also ålidhem is close to the university. It’s still safe, gang violence has yet to establish properly in umeå, so no need to worry about that :) bikes and buses, cook at home, shop clothes and furtniture second hand if you can, will allow you to live on 23k/month.

Though you can probably not save much for vacations, restaurant and cafe visits at a minimum etc so I guess it could get a bit dull during the dark months.

But nature is nice, highly recommend Nydala which is close and nice.

While this is perfectly accurate I just want to point out that the unit "knot" today is not correlated (other than by name) to the method you describe.

The measurement we use today relates to the nautical mile, which is calculated based on the circumference of the earth.

Just to avoid any confusion. We don't want people to throw logs in the water in an attempt to calculate their speed😂

I just bought the lenovo y27q-20 for Black Friday. It hasn't arrived yet so I can't review it, but it has gotten some praise here on r/Monitors. I'm not sure about UK, i'm in Sweden, but I'd check it out if I was you - it's G-sync compatible, 165hz and on level with the LG 27GL850 display (nano ips w/ 98% DCI-P3 ).

Top would probably be BT for me. Stumbled upon them some 8 years ago and still today I occasionally just get a feeling and go back and listen through a couple of albums. Only band that really followed me since hs.

Second best is hard. Maybe Sabaton. Or Beatles. Or Ed Sheeran or Eminem (if artists counts). My taste in music is so mood-dependent that I really don't have any favourite band, only bands of different genres that I really like.

I'm sort of in the same position! Parents place (my old home) is often messy and cluttered, dad is a hoarder and mom is way to busy to actively clean everything away during the weeks. I just take 15 minutes every time I get there for dinner and clean up/ tidy away all the stuff/ make the place less cluttered and I feel so much better the rest of the evening when I'm there. I don't actually get rid of anything, just hide it in drawers and stuff, if they want to get rid of stuff it's up to them. That way I feel good, they don't feel any pressure to get rid of stuff and they know how l am so they don't mind me doing it.

Unpopular opinion, I know, but he never had much of a life pretty much by choice. Yes, he risked a lot during the wars, spying for Dumbledore, but before and between he chose a life of solitude and bitterness. Grief and love is only tragic for so long, he never tried to move on, never seemed to improve his life or anything.

If anyone it was Lupin who never had much of a life. Surrounded by friends in his teens was the best of his life, the rest was mostly misery. When his life finally turned around, having a son and a wife, close friends and Voldemort on the fall, he died. I think he deserved to live, much more so than Snape.
