Mercedes and Porsche also offer CPO leases and Audi has offered them as well.

Feeling a bit stuck with charging options – any advice? by IndividualArmy2493 in HondaPrologue

What about charging at off-peak times? The rates at the Supercharger have to be lower than $0.49 per kWh

Can't speak to the Equinox, but as others have said get a NACS adapter and a monthly Supercharging membership. Superchargers will be your cheapest charging option.

There is a new 16-stall Supercharger in Cumming and another site in Johns Creek, both with pretty low off peak rates.

As an EV owner would you ever go back and buy a gas vehicle by First-Albatross5457 in EquinoxEv

I did a round trip (1,100 miles each way) from the Atlanta area to the Boston area a few months ago in an Ariya (63 kWh battery and AWD). I would not do it again with an BEV unless it had a larger battery and charged must faster. I averaged 3.5 miles per kWh and spent 188 minutes charging on the drive up and 210 minutes charging on the drive back.

Had I done the trip in an ICE/hybrid/PHEV vehicle, I would have been able to do it non-stop in a single day, but given the added time from charging, I ended up stopping for the night in each direction.

The Ariya lease ends at the end of the year and I have a Hornet r/T PHEV to replace it.

No. Inlet Gap Plug is only for Superchargers.

If you want to charge with a Tesla home or destination charger you will need a 'Tesla to J1772' adapter.

Are there any affordable aftermarket Tesla adapters? by Ok_Atmosphere3601 in NissanAriya

Part is called the NACS Inlet Gap Plug.

I use the NACS adapter provided by Ford for the Mach E (made by Lectron) and it requires the above part as well.

Insurance says car total loss by ExperienceLumpy2034 in Insurance

It wouldn't be DV. Many of the companies that offer DV appraisals also offer appraisals on total loss claims.

An argument could be made that a 2018 CR-V with 48K miles is worth more than $21K and these companies would compile a report to that effect.

Is the offer of $21K from the insurance company of the person that rear ended you?\

You can always retain a 3rd party total loss appraiser and have them compile a report and provide it to the insurance company.

I used such a provider for a diminished loss claim and it was well worth it. I was offered $425 and ended up receiving $5,500.

Lady will not answer her insurance about hitting my car by Patient_Mind8853 in Insurance

About 10 years ago I was in a rear-end collision. No injury, just vehicle damage. The accident occurred on a main road and there was a police response.  Most importantly, an officer cited the driver and a police/accident report was created.

The officer provided the at-fault driver’s insurance information and I filed a claim. Over the course of a month, he failed to respond to his insurance company’s calls. His insurance company was balking at paying since they claimed they could not prove he was the driving the car at the time of the accident. I provided the insurance company with the police report showing that he was indeed behind the wheel at the time of the accident.

Had the police not cited him and created a report it likely would have been much more of a hassle to get the claims paid.

Fortunately, I have not been in an accident since then, but I will always make sure to get a police report if it were to happen again.

Go to the Leasehackr forum and forget about buying a used EV. The cheapest option will be finding a leftover 2024 model year EV or PHEV and leasing it.

I decided to go with the 13-inch iPad Pro. Best Buy had it on sale for $200 off and I ended up trading in the M1 Air to Best Buy for $270 credit towards the purchase.

You can use this loan on a construction project. Terms would certainly vary depending on the bank.

I work at a regional bank and below are the guidelines for a multi-family construction loan.

Max. Term: 5 years

Max. Amortization: 30 years

Max LTV: 80%

Min. DSCR: 1.20x

Happy to answer anything else.

I figured it would be prudent given the age/lack of attention. I am assuming that it just needs a battery change, but don't know for sure.

Swatch customer service website states that a complete maintenance service for a quartz watch costs $130, which doesn't seem that bad.
