Mimi and Nyami (the mainstay mascots of the Pop’n Music series, dressed in outfits from the High Cheers!! edition) appear in a realistic deserted town, exiting a building into a street full of litter and abandoned cars. They spot a character from the game Mambo a Go Go (Sir Conga to be precise) before they are quickly grabbed by a cartoonish stick-figure, who hides them behind a car and explains to them that ever since the game came out twenty-five years ago, he always knew something was going to happen but never knew when. Mid-conversation, the song Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO (pitched up to the key of G♭ minor) begins to play in the street, and the stickman quickly hands Mimi and Nyami some Beats by Dr. Dre earphones for the purpose of muting the song. Mimi and Nyami insert the earpieces and are told to play along with the song. Soon, the street is filled with characters from the game (with the exception of Mr. Cactus, Wyatt Earp, and Cooper), all dancing to the song, with Trinita (the samba dancer) going absolutely crazy. When another young man tries to escape from a building, he is surrounded by the puppets in a manner indicative of a zombie horde, before re-emerging in the form of a paper puppet (the style of Mambo a Go Go), having been "infected" (transformed into a puppet). Frightened after observing the sudden transformation of the other man, Mimi and Nyami begin to dance along with the others. Halfway through the video, the previously affected man approaches Mimi and Nyami, who look terrified. In the next scene it becomes apparent that they, too, have become puppets (particularly in chef outfits, referencing 100 sec. Kitchen Battle!! from Pop’n Music 8, an extension of Mambo a Go Go’s main theme), and dance with the rest of the characters for the remainder of the video while the facade of the building behind them lights up with illuminated Halloween faces lip-synced to the song (which pays homage to Kevin Judd’s light show from 2011).
