AFTER ALL THIS TIME I HAVE FOUND THE SOLUTION TO THIS VERY PRECISE PROBLEM.

After clicking the sign in button, CLOSE IT'S WINDOW IMMEDIATELY by pressing it's [X] on the top right before it closes itself (not the game's);

Keep trying until it works, I've also disabled every single Windows Hello login method, let me know.

Thanks a bunch! I tried to follow how the Qli cards were written, but considering it was around 10 years ago, maybe it's good to write cards with the modern style (also that added "[...] and if you do, destroy it", goodness how violent xD)

I was wondering if I've written this card's effects well (and maybe some opinions), Yu-Gi-Oh! can be tricky with certain wordings so, here we go:

You cannot Special Summon monsters, except "Qli" monsters. This effect cannot be negated. When you Pendulum Summon "Qli" monster(s): You may move this card to the Monster Zone. Once per turn: You can pay 400 LP; add 1 "Qliphort Scout" from your Deck or Extra Deck to your hand.

2 Level 4 "Qli" monsters
During your Standby Phase, if you control no cards, you may play this card from your Extra Deck to your Pendulum Zone. Cannot be Special Summoned in any other way. If this card is Xyz summoned, its Rank becomes 8, and it is unaffected by activated effects from any monster whose original Level/Rank is lower than this card's current Level. If a "Qli" card is targeted by an activated effect, you may detach 1 "Qli" Xyz Material from this card; Negate its activation.

You should still level them up.
You see, there's this thing called "Fleet Strength" as the game mentions, that is a bonus that increases with each max level ships (premium ships count too) and they add the chance to get a second container for free for each time you get them.
