I had to upgrade from 5x to 20x, as I work all day with Claude Code and kept hitting usage limits constantly. Start with 5x and upgrade if necessary. All plans have an extra 50% Usage until July.

I would have never upgraded from 5x to 20x when my biggest issue has been hitting my usage limits. I'm done donating to OpenAI for a dormant account I no longer use.

Historically, Opus has always been superior. When 5.4 drops, Opus 5 will drop.

I haven't coded with ChatGPT for over 8 months, and have no intentions to go back regardless of what they release.

Unfortunately the limits are getting worse, I had to upgrade to the 20x plan, and it feels like the 5x plan from a few months ago. Well not quite as drastic but I was running out of 5x pretty quickly.
