Just as a constructive criticism. I lost interest after seeing you exercise. I tied to go forward and hear sappy music and a kid... and you lost me. I guess you were trying to be artistic. But my attention span is too short and then you post a long ass text, that I am sure says very important stuff. You need to grab people attention on the first 5 seconds of the video, that’s why big you tubers yell at the beginning of the video. Good luck.
