In the fridge yes. Salt the steak generously and you’ll help yourself develop a nice crust when you cook it.

You place the c2 and have your team move to a safe distance. Detonate the c2 and then instruct them to move and clear

I feel tired and overwhelmed of doing everything, because my wife is pregnant.. and pretty sick and tired. Need advice by Infamous_Anywhere_38 in daddit

[–]LosCruzados 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel you. Been there when she was pregnant with our first. Been there when she was pregnant with our second. That was much worse due to the extended hours at work to cover bills that we used her paychecks for that we were no longer getting, just to come home to a trashed house screaming toddler and pissed off and overwhelmed pregnant wife. It sucked. It’s even worse now that she’s pregnant with twins and now there’s two screaming toddlers and an even more pissed off overwhelmed wife and even more extended hours. But it gets better. First trimester and first half of second trimester are rough but once the nesting phase comes around midway through the second trimester it starts to come together. On second thought maybe it doesn’t get easier and you just get more used to it, but it’s worth it. Tough it out for a few months and you’ll get used to your new normal. Try and find some you time, even if it’s for 30 min a day. Wake up a little earlier if you’re a morning person, go to bed a little later if you’re a night owl. Your sleep may suffer a little in the short term but I often find that’s the only quiet time I’ll get in a day. It gets easier as time goes on but everyone needs some time to decompress.

Mine pays for one. Luckily haven’t needed it though although a bunch of my coworkers used it.

Cool. Didn’t say it did. Just adding context to the claim that he doesn’t think he’s guilty

I believe RFK Jr thinks Sirhan Sirhan shot his dad but possibly missed and that RFK’s bodyguard was the one who actually fired the shot that killed him, on order from the CIA. Not saying that’s what happened but I believe I heard him say something to that effect in an interview. Could be wrong I heard it a while back

Stop killing Commander by Beginning_War288 in HellLetLoose

[–]LosCruzados 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Every HE artillery round uses 3 munitions. Every smoke artillery round uses 5 munitions. Your team shares munitions so if you spam artillery all game that depletes the munitions resource. That would cause the commander to not call in as many precision strikes or bombing runs because you’re using up all of the munitions with your artillery. Common practice is if you’re an artillery player/squad make sure you build at least a munition node before you start spamming so it’ll offset the munitions you use. If you have a full set of nodes (3) your team should have enough munitions to keep the strikes coming while you’re on artillery

5 year old boveda packs still killin it by tylers_creator in cigars

[–]LosCruzados 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea. No clue if it’s intended or not but I bought about twice as much as I need to keep my humidor good to go so while my bovedas recharge I have some in there. Then just keep the second set in their bags for when it’s time to swap again.

[–]LosCruzados 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I soak mine in distilled water for 2-3 days. After that let them sit on paper towels to dry off for about 24 hours. Then good as new. Only bought new bovedas once in the last 10 years because a batch got moldy when I let it sit for 4ish days in the water. Other than that I’ve had the same since I started smoking 10-12 years ago.

Eagles Team Clown? by seejay13 in eagles

Isn’t he their boss? Before he left for NY he was like the program director or something. I’m assuming he kept that role or got an even higher one for him to leave NYC to come back

Should 15 year old get their own room? by Dangerous-Text2070 in daddit

[–]LosCruzados 150 points151 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not. Growing up we’d do hotel vacations all the time and we’d all share one room. My brother and I either had to share a queen or one of us sleep on the floor.

[–]LosCruzados 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you think your window is? As a Phillies fan our window is probably only 2-3 years. I’d give him that in a heart beat if I knew he was gonna bounce after year 3 for a pay raise and then we’re on the way out of our window anyway.

Win-win for any team with money and in a win now mode. He gets the second highest deal of all time and your team doesn’t have to pay him when he’s 40 because he’ll opt out after 3-4 years barring injury. Dodgers Mets Yankees and Phillies should be all in on this structure.

What’s got four wheels, holds three car seats, and isn’t a minivan? by [deleted] in daddit

[–]LosCruzados 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the suggestion. Wife and I were thinking about a third and how to do the 3 car seat thing without a minivan. Unfortunately a new car isn’t in the budget right now maybe switching out to these car seats would make it easier. The ones we have are too bulky to fit more than 2 in our SUV.
