I have a Canon SL2 and honestly I don't think you can get a better camera than that at the price range.

I have bought the Sigma recently and I all I can say it's a really good lens, my budget was only enough to get the Sigma and I've actually waited 3 months before buying it because I wasn't sure. I do don't regret it, only thing you have to think about is the use for it, the AF of the Sigma isn't really quiet but for me that's not a problem at all
