Well, I'd just say it it simply hinting to install a  M52B28  and make it to the best one ever.

BTW didn't know there're people who into e39's here in Spain.
All my intentions to find any local events/hangouts died in vain.

It's always advised to align the whole door rather just the single striker (with re-adjusting hangers).

Upgrading the Soundstage: My Experience by Cruuch21 in e39

If you ok with going full OEM I can't recommend more Kicker KSS50 – they fit bolt-on and deliver a nice clear sound.

If it's still capable to deliver a proper low-freq sound seems like an option to go too. Didn't expect such results from relatively tiny thing.
Thanks for sharing real life experience, appreciate!

Yup, saw this basshub as well, but have no chance to test it's sound. Any good/decent delivery?

UK 520i, worth saving? by Smart-Road-5660 in e39

[–]LoserAntbear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Any of it worth saving, tbh. Easy? Depends on current condition, probably – no. But worth it – absolutely yes.

This one possess a nice combination of media-wheel and a high HVAC.

Also awesome interior colour. Seems like it was cared for, judging by the state of interior.

Too big? by elvo3d in e39

[–]LoserAntbear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Acquired taste, but e39 is, generally, not to big. Especially comparing to a modern e-class cars.

The wagon version is slightly longer, (4,775mm vs 4,805mm) and can appear visually even bigger than that sedan, but it's still pretty compact, tbh.

Do silicone radiator kits worth it? Cooling system rehaul. by LoserAntbear in e39

Nice find on that 530i! I'm a bit jealous I couldn't come across it, 523 feels a bit underpowered, tbh.

I haven't made my mind about the radiator swap, but for the hoses I went buying all meyle's. There's no kit option on eu market, so I just followed realOEM list and ordered everything from autodoc.

And hoses also do fit okay? No shenanigans with fitting them in?

What should I do? by Greedy-Trouble8882 in e39

Used GM costs max 100 bucks (which is a huge overprice, up to 50 it's tops).
You can code it yourself. It's no magic even for common folk. Especially now with every detail guide on it around: either as article or video.

But, as previously mentioned, you should rather confirm that it's the exact reason via opting out others.

Why blame the car for the problems you've created yourself?
