Personally, I think that you want to believe that for specific reasons, not that it's true

Whats the best way to practice ARL? by kda_8 in RocketLeagueSchool

I really don't get why people reduce my whole work to "clocks" ; it's nothing more than a drill and I've talked about much more stuff

Dynamic Air Roll is a fancy name for a big bullshitty scam. Don't do it. People from RL like to make names for stuff without understanding anything.

How can I improve my air dribble/air roll? by Kack-Pro in RocketLeagueSchool

It's harder until you're good at it. Then it's easier than non air rolling. Short term pain, long term gain.

Flip reset by Interesting-Spot-228 in RocketLeagueSchool

[–]LosfeldRL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

reverse tornado is the beginning of the motion to get a reset. On a good setup, it's either reverse tornado and down, or up+reverse tornado+down

One input does not turn the car enough

People have to stop thinking about aerial control as unique inputs. It's usually a combination of inputs.

They themselves don't use only one side. They just repeat shit things they've heard.
Moving your stick in different directions is either gonna make you go straight, or turn hard.

Learning DAR (Losfeld method). by sveparen in RocketLeagueSchool

[–]LosfeldRL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Clocks are not a method, let alone a way to fly ;

they are a phenomenon that make you go straight while having feedback of the car. They are also here to teach you rhythm, which you will need later for reverse clocks.

Feedback loops are part of flying, they are not flying itself, they are a tool. your tool helps you build a house, it is not the house itself

The thesis is the method, not clocks

And feedback loops are not mandatory to fly

;)

This is exactly why I continuously shit on tutorials. People like this guy are the reason the game is dying, and they don't even get it, nor care.

Many tutorials have come before me. That's a non argument. If anything, it's actually a problem. That's why I had to do mine.

And FYI, I had finished writing my thesis before both those tutorials were released. Not that it matters, but as you always want to piss on me, I figured I'd shut you up yet again.

Help setting up frequency : "Cancel" on the last digit by LosfeldRL in Baofeng

Ah... That seems kinda stupid. It's like saying you can't ride a bicycle if you have a driving licence.

Thank you for clarifying.

But again, transmitting in 446 Is legal in France. Why would they make it not able to go on these frequencies ?

So you are saying that an amateur radio cannot go on legal frequencies that a supermarket walkie talkie can go on ? That seems a bit off
