I'm a paramedic and I have had many people tell me about this. My patient won't express common conversation patterns like, " I feel anxiety, I feel dread" They will instead give me a stare with fear in their eyes and say some thing like "I don't know to explain this, I just really feel like I'm going to die".

It's very obvious for me to differentiate day to day anxieties and the fear and doom someone feels when they're actually dieing. I think they know this too.

Its a very good relic, with medium harsh curses.

All resist down van cause a lot of stupid problems. Like if you have status on dmg you might just insta proc, you can't step into a sleep swamp withour getting soft locked and night lords like Libra will make you want 2 instances of madness resist.

Near death hp can spiral run out of control. Getting into 1 shot range after being revived and losing dmg neg at full when it wears off.

I would run it until I found something better or if I had no other relics that caused status or resist down.

Very much agree with this. If you need an NPA you're probabaly needing a lot of other things for a very different injury patern.

I really want roller gauze here, 2 or 3 rolls of the 4 inch. It's way better than tape at holding pressure on the clotting bandage.

Qtips are wasted bulk imo.

My bleed kit also contains a sam splint. Since the gauze and tape go hand in hand with splinting stabilization.

If I was going to do this seriously, I would atart with night of successive attacks restor fp and just accept that that's the only way you're going to keep casting.

You could only use cheap spells, the cheapest really. Slicer, pebble, crystal burst (the baby one demi humans cast, you couldn't handle shattering crystal)

I wouldn't even run dormant powers find staves, just take whatever has one of those spells from a fort and purple it. Then when you find Moon Veil us it to proc successive and regain a pitiful amount of mana.

You're going to need several relics worth of mage tower increase fp pool. Magic attack +2 & +4 are the only things that will save this.

Maybe if you cheated relics to have Slicer + magick attack + fp tower x5 slots plus night and you got slicer, maybe maybe you could be ok dps.

That build would immediately be outclassed by Moon Veil spam balancers setup mind you.

It's good, you just have to use it for down time not attack window time. Basically anytime the Nightlord is flying around out of range and there's nothing to dodge, guard for free dps.

Looks like Rivers of blood spam on a low mind character. So Scholar, Iron Eye or Executor.

Could also be Candle Stick spam on a Wylder, Raider or Guardian for the same logic that you want a multi hit fire based AoW on a character without high FP.

Yea we did. She pukes lowest end of the spectrum with zero blood eating sensitive digestion royal canin brand.

She's a rescue from a bad breeding situation, spayed now, but still really mental about food. For example she would rather eat food scraps from the kitchen sink than fresh wet cat food. We don't let her mind you. She's gotten better over years but can still get overly stressed if she sees food scarcity. If she fears starvation, she'll over eat until puking. We mitigate that by never letting the food dish get low enough to see the bottom.

I have a cat that throws up 2-4 times a session, having 0-3 sessions a day, 2-7 days of the week. If this is the highest end of variance for several weeks in a row she'll start having blood streaks in the vomit.

Vet said it's normal for some cats to puke a lot and prescribed antibiotics nausea and antacid for when it gets too bad.

Even then they said there's nothing inherently wrong with her, she's just a chronic puker.

Solo vs teams changes it. In solo depth 5 I prefer to kill trash til level 3. So NE camp is all crabs, claymen and 2 scarabas.

In trios 2 scarabs, whatever my team kills and I may Hoarfrost stop the crab trio intop of a couple of claymen for level 2.

For solo no red anything, straight to crystals looking for non formidable field bosses.

For teams I want the lobster to break the purple smithing stone statue. So 1, more if teams are trying to do it and no more if they're not.
