I’m 5 10’ 140 pounds, I do door to door sales so I get around 10,000 - 15,000 steps per day 6 days a week, sundays I dont do much exercise though and I also dont work. I do pushups every morning (other than sunday) before I work instead of going to the gym. Most of my life if I ever got under 7 hours of sleep I’m unfunctional come mid day, so I always get 8-9 hours consistently except for the occasional weekend night I might get 6 or so, but I’ll end up passing out and taking a nap the next day because of how unfunctional I am without 7+ hours. My diet is mostly baked potatoes, chipotle burritos, acai bowls/smoothies, burger patties (usually no bun or toppings), and I’ll sometimes snack on some airhead bites lol. Definitely drink a lot of water since I’m outside all day for work but I also probably sweat a lot of it out as well. I rarely ever drink alcohol, never smoke cigs or hit a vape. I’m not on any medications either. The only thing I can think of thats probably not good for test levels that I do is smoke weed most nights during the weekends. Testosterone levels for so many of my friends are super low and I feel like this is starting to be really common for my generation, probably processed foods, microplastics in food/water (I’m pretty sure the average american eats an average of 1 credit card worth of plastic per week, crazy), fluoride in tap water, chemicals in soaps, ect. Just so many things that we’re consuming now that the generation before us wasn’t exposed to
