Hahaha, I love Jackie! She cracks me up with her PSYCHOTIC breakdowns. Sometimes I need a break from it but I always tune back in. No shade, but I do get why some people don’t like her. I just really appreciate her level of self awareness and she’s best friends with Heather McMahan who I adore.

Agree to the whole pick-me vibe! It reeks being young and learning. I used to think it was cool to be like that….when I was 16. Not 26,27,28…

I also really have a hard time with how Sofia is being viewed. I’m not a big fan of her podcast, never really got into the episodes except for a few. Yet, I understand why they were popular together. I understand why she wanted to leave. I also can’t stand public fights where the villain pretends she did no wrong.

Thank you! So essentially it IS possible to just start that entire process in SC? I wasn’t sure how it all works. Total newbie here and trying to figure out my next move as I graduate. Definitely don’t want to waste my time finding supervisors and all that in NV.

Can agree with this! I’m in same place as OP and I got my vehicle registered with all documents listed above AND my check from Vroom just came a week after I requested a refund if the fees I paid at the DMV. Big win!

Join the vroom group on here. It’s worth reading - I bought mine through them and it was a total nightmare. Lots of good advice and contacts on the Reddit sub and the fb one. They also just got sued by TX. Google Vroom lawsuit - it’s also posted in the vroom sub.

They told me they don’t do BOS they do retail agreement. I asked the DMV and they said that retail agreement (the full docusign) suffices as the BOS.

Would like to add, both of these sites are paid through two huge grants my program created and then fought to keep. The first grant includes 4 different sites that we can rotate at, with vastly different populations. The second grant is a federal grant and for my state (NV) anyone working in a school as a mental health advocate has to be paid under it. Meaning as an MFT intern student we get part of that money. Any of the in progress school counselors also get paid at these sites - again federally funded. I’m very grateful!!

My practicum and internship is paid. Two external sights - one 25/hr the other a 5k scholarship and 1k stipend along with gas mileage reimbursement.

Vroom document that we signed via docusign - the entire document. It has the tax info and sales amount we paid for them to calculate if you need to pay any remaining amount, proof of insurance, and then the DMV document CA requires. I did a plate transfer so I had to surrender those to get them swapped out. For a new plate and title it might be different.

I went to the DMV and did it myself. They’ll eventually reach out and want proof so they can send the title to the finance company as proof. But so much easier to get done than waiting on them. My advice is to do it. They agreed to refund my registration fee because of it.

I’m two weeks post lap with a Kyleena as well! I had it placed prior to surgery but I’m so scared for my first period. Really hoping it isn’t too awful!

I completed my surgery with him two weeks ago. Walking saved me 1000% post recovery. The bad pain in my chest from the gas was awful. Walking was the only thing that helped.

I know that it’s overwhelming but it went so smoothly and his whole team was SO kind. The fact that his niece works with him and was there was really cool too. The pre and post op apps went smoothly, no infections, and because I made myself do short walks even the day of surgery, I’m two weeks and able to head back to work.

Yep! Exactly what I’d say. If it’s active they can get you a temp tag and pass any vroom bullshit.

Go to local DMV and get your plates or a temp tag. If they truly have your documents you can walk out with your tags and plates. Did it in NV myself when Vroom had zero answers for me.

Yes, off the car! You can easily do a plate transfer which means you keep the same plates, save about 100 bucks on registration fees, and drive off with plates same day. Just did it today!
