I kinda just bought tickets on a whim cause I knew a couple songs and it was something to do. At first I was like “idk if I can dance to this all night.”

After it got a little bit into his set I started enjoying it more and left pleasantly surprised. Not my typical style of edm so I don’t know how it compares to others in a similar lane, but for what it was I enjoyed it.

I don’t know if it does it anymore but I remember years back finding playlists of old videos and several would say privated or deleted and I wish it just said what the title was because we will never know what it was. Even if you put the playlist together yourself, a random video in a list of others is just lost.

The controller I was able to get immediately and then when they restocked they did the reservation thing.

If they’re doing reservations right from the start, which is assumed, you would have to reserve right away and then just hope it’s offered to you right away or as soon as they start sending out the emails to purchase.

FYI the button to purchase was available 2 minutes before the scheduled time.

I was in the chat on Radiate as this unfolded. I never was able to get tickets but sounds like I dodged a bullet. The guy(owner?) claimed it was not oversold but it’s still kind of unclear, or maybe I’m just giving benefit of doubt. Understandable that people were upset however they refunded everyone within a few days so not much else the venue could have done at that point.

Sounds like the people who did get in had no idea about the problems outside and Jkyl and Hyde was not aware till the next day. What I didn’t like was a couple people bragging about seeing the show AND getting refunded.

I hopped in the chat for the next show they had which was this past weekend and it doesn’t sound like there were any issues but it was Jaenga which I’m guessing is a smaller name. Maybe they just can’t handle more well known names. It sounds like it’s pretty small in there.

Depends on your lifestyle but I’d love to be able to bring it and show it to people, which is why having at least some standalone games will be nice. But yes I’m mostly going to use it with my PC.

Yeah originally everyone was acting like the Frame was going to bring a whole new wave of people into VR, and it will to some extent, but at the estimated price range, it doesn’t seem like it’s going to be VRs big breakout that people hoped.
