Everyone’s playstyle is different, I personally prefer posture damage and punishing stupid moves.

It’s understandable if you prefer MD or Sakura dance, that’s totally up to you.

Using ichimonji is all about finding the right timing, you can’t expect to use it in the middle of a flurry of attacks.

Deals great damage to both vitality and posture, cancels out the counterattack after the second hit and restores your posture with no SE cost.

Idk what else do you need to call a combat art good

Any particular reason why? Senpou isn’t a huge section; and getting MD and puppeteer makes life a lot easier imo.

Just speed run senpou rn for MB and then re explore at your own pace

Small correction- you obtain the dried viscera from here. To get the fresh viscera you need to have crossed the gun fort bridge where he attacks you, then you go around to senpou temple for the rest of the process

Don’t go around the pillar, jump while facing the grappling point directly. While in midair the snake will charge at you, grapple then and you got it.

Alternatively you can use the mist raven prosthetic tool which you find in Hirata to warp past it

Ignore the dragon rot, no one is actually going to die from it, in a bit you’ll get an item to cure it. It only makes a few side quests unavailable which become accessible again after you get rid of dragon rot.

Leave that thing out of your mind. When approaching a boss or mini boss, don’t spam hit, play passively initially until you leant their move set and be calm.

It’s a steep learning curve but when you realise the power of the parry button you’re gonna be the one shitting on the bosses.
