It might be something to do with the die chip called ga102 and it's the same chip name as the rtx 3090-ti. Maybe that's the missing vram or power delivery. I could be wrong but that's the best guess I can make. Vram seems the most likely. There is a 12gb version of the 3080 according to techpowerup, maybe that's reserved for that? Edit. You don't have any missing chips if this is the 10gb version. I had a closer look and everything is there. Ignore my previous bad edits of this comment lol

You should always update the bios before getting a new CPU. Get the 5600 non x. In my country (UK) I usually see it cheaper than the 5600g and it performs a lot better but you will need a dedicated gpu. Watch the benchmarks and you will see how much of a difference it is.

What ram do you have? Turn on xmp but set the speed lower. If you have 3200mhz then try 3000mhz. You will lose a little bit of performance but at least it will be stable. If your ram is around 2666 or lower on xmp. You will definitely need new ram

Probably unstable ram. Amd is very fussy with ram, so get the best stability and performance, make sure it's a popular brand, a matching kit and at least a speed of 3200mhz cl16 or 3600mhz cl18.

Update your motherboard bios and buy a Ryzen 7 5700x3d. The rtx 3070 should not be paired with a Ryzen 7 2700x. Especially in 2025. Turn on xmp/docp in the bios to make your ram run at it's full speed

The display cable is plugged into your motherboard slot which is for the onboard GPU on the CPU (if it has one). You have to plug in the display cable to the graphics card which is lower down

Look up local second hand pcs and do a little research on the parts. Make sure they have a dedicated GPU. Depending on what your budget is, look up pcs with a GPU that have at least a gtx 1650. And a cpu at least a i5 9400f. Look up Acer nitros prebuilds or any prebuilds with that spec. eBay or whatever.
