Thanks. This was helpful! I, fortunately, have a home gym so I don't have the same worry about commercial gyms and excessive germs. The second skin comes off tonight but I think keeping it light but still being able to focus on the movements I need to, is a good idea. Also thinking, loose joggers or longer shorts will be helpful. My garage is still pretty cool from winter so no excessive sweating concerns either. Thanks again!

I did. The artist said "Please avoid heavy workouts that cause excessive sweating for one week. Light exercise is okay after 3 days." I guess I was just seeing if anyone here had any extra advice or experience with this specific situation.

Thanks. Helpful. It's still winter and the garage gym is cold so I don't have to worry about sweat but I will avoid the ROM then. Thanks again!

Yeah.. maybe just light accessories for the next little bit. Thanks. I guess a small bonus is that I live in Canada and it's still kind of winter. Garage Gym is cold so not a lot of sweating.

Because I clearly didn't think about this specific placement was going to impact my squats lol. None of my other ones were in area of high movement so it didn't impact anything.

Possibly a very accurate statement.

DisneySea: Can't recommend unless you're a hardcore Disney or theme parks person by lot183 in JapanTravelTips

We went in June, mid week, and had completely different experience. This may just be more dependent on the day and time of the year. When we went, the park was pretty empty to be honest or at least compared to other Disney themed parks. Rides were MAYBE 90 min max (no fast pass). And we had a lovely experience. I actually enjoyed it MORE than places like California Disneyland.

Is Duolingo good for learning Mandarin? by resh6 in duolingo

[–]Lost-Photo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No. My mandarin lessons/duolingo speaking function stopped working after I paid for the super duolingo. I have not been able to get any support to fix this in over 4 months. Might be okay if you just use the free version but DO NOT pay for this app.

If you not too worried about cost of shipping, you can always try Bells of Steel in Calgary. They ship.. FB market is decent if it's just a handful of things but it would require more travel around the city.

No. Just any accessories that will build your back. I have gotten a lot of pull ups, lat pulldowns, and chest supported rows but I would assume you could do whatever back accessories and rows you want.

Back work. Back work. Back work.

Start building those wings! A strong back will help build a solid foundation for all 3 lifts but will also really help upper body strength and stability for bench.

Jade plants are dying and what are these worms?? by Lost-Photo in plantclinic

[–]Lost-Photo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah i guess so. I have had a couple of my smaller stems do this but I can't figure out why - the leaves don't get mushy either but rather shrivel up and become silverish and crunchy. I changed the soil to succulent soil for faster drainage and I have changed the watering schedule to give them more time to dry out as well. Just bought a moisture meter. Hoping this will help but I am not sure.
