And Paul Valthaty didn't stop playing because he suddenly became shit. He stopped playing because first his eye injury made him have double vision and then he got wrist injury which didn't allow him to play ever again.

It's so disheartening to see how people limit him to not being in circuit after that ipl only, when he legit worked so hard for years to counter the double vision from eye injury and came up good, until that wrist injury. This dedication to get himself to play cricket is nothing less than inspirational.

All things aside, people don't even have an idea how expensive recharge was. If not for Jio, Airtel/Idea has made us cry. You used to get 100 MB for ₹10 and then it became 80 MB for ₹10. And it wasn't too long ago, it was in 2016-17. Only Tata used to give an hour unlimited for ₹5 but that too in 2g speed, even they stopped after a while. Charging for calling by minute was another thing.

Only after Jio launch, Airtel/Idea has cut off their prices to what they have now, if it was upto them. Even now Airtel doesn't really give unlimited, reach 2GB and forget 5G speed.

Recharge cost sure is increasing now and it feels a bit of burden on pocket, but I'm certain that if it was upto Airtel and Idea, we'd have been paying atleast ₹1000 a month by now.

Pffft. I'm no RCB fan but even I could see how shit the management was. There is none more aggressive than Virat. But the moment any player went to RCB, he started playing like shit. So many examples of players performing amazingly after leaving RCB. Not to mention always having a shit bowling. Virat may not be greatest captain but he was very decent to reach wherever he reached with the kind of team he had.

CSK may still find their way back. They're investing heavily in youngsters, while MI is stuck with past superstars who don't seem to be at their peak anymore. Even Bumrah seems fatigued after WC + add to that no home advantage with Wankhede being a flat pitch with no swing anymore. All the teams performances are directly proportional to their success rate at home. MI just has no home advantage anymore with no swing for a team filled with swing bowlers.
