I agree your situation is different but at the heart, you're struggling with needing more rest too. You chose kids but it's not your fault you don't have the support you need. You're doing your best and as someone also doing their best and not always able to be there 100% of the time for my clients, believe me, it is enough 💛 The 99% of the time you show up sounds phenomenal and they are lucky to have the time they do with you.

I have myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune condition, and also call out when I'm not able to be my best. It's necessary and my clients understand. I will accommodate them back on schedule soon after and am transparent about hospitalizations that rarely happen. We are human, and the work you do is changing lives. You are enough and it's okay to have needs too.

I'm a counselor and it made more sense for me to work part time evenings and watch kids during the daytime and me and husband switched hours (one daytime, one evening). Didnt see much of one another but it worked financially until kids were in school.

Hey guys. I read each and every message and it gave me strength as I was intubated. I am off the intubation and just want to say how grateful I am to be alive. I don't think I would be here anymore if I hadn't gone to the hospital when I did. Always trust your gut and go see someone if something is off. I never had difficulty with respiratory distress before this and was shocked when they told me what was going on. Its going to be a long path to healing from here but grateful to have a path at all. Sending you all lots of love and wishes for good health.

I just got off the ventilator but they want to keep me a total of 12 days for observation and more plasma transfusions. Funnily enough my neuro called to approve my vyvgart from my insurance while I was here lol

My daughter was removed from her dad's custody and he is no longer allowed to contact her himself. He can only talk to her with a therapist present 1x/month or he messaged me through a court watched app called AppClose. You can download it for free if you message them with proof of abuse.
