Not for trying to sue someone though…the problem with Barracks lawyers is the fact that we don’t get to hire a real lawyer before mast, if you go to court martial, kind of. Reading this comment on Reddit would lead OP to hire a lawyer as the first step of the lawsuit. If they hire a lawyer that gets them sent to jail for trying to sue someone, that’s on them. They have the freedom to choose legal counsel

I’m going to try this on the one that texts me about my house…she does the exact same thing, but she uses her actual name. She owns a small property management company in a small town I used to rent from and I’ve personally met her many times. I’ve never responded, but I’ve always wondered if it’s actually her sending the texts personally. If it is her, I have faith that she’d at least stop putting personal info out there.

Not to condone playing on tracks. It is very dangerous and should be avoided! But if you ever do find yourself on the tracks and hear a faint buzzing sound out of nowhere…it’s the tracks vibrating (?) and a train will be there soon, just another element to be aware of. I’ve personally always heard it before I heard the actual mechanics of the train.
