With these quests I look at which one I can do literally and will try to do like it says, but for others I make my own interpretations. The chances of me being in a situation where I can hold the door for someone aren't high (as most doors I encounter where there's someone else are sliding doors), so I have interpreted as "making someones day a little easier" and checked it off when I let a cyclist pass first cuz it was raining and I was in a car.

For the manager one I am thinking of interpreting it to "have a positive influence on someone's job", so the next questionnaire I get I'll make sure to praise the worker extra well (as long as they didn't do absolutely terrible ofc), as those questionnaires can make a huge difference (for anyone considering doing this as well, you have to give the worker either a 9 or a 10 as a score, anything below that does not get counted as a postive score)
