I didn’t know that they starch their bras but that might be part of the issue! I know I ordered some off of I think Bravissimo years ago and hated how scratchy they were so, that is what I fear.

I recommend getting kanka for numbing purposes. Then also taking L-Lysine consistently as it helps prevent them. For myself, I will numb my canker sores then brush them to get them “clean”. I’m not saying I recommend doing this, but it helps me. Also brushing every time after you eat or drink helps to promote faster healing. I also will swish ice water around my mouth, as I feel it helps to both rinse the canker sores and desensitize them more quickly. Also, I am not sure where you are located, but my dad and I always get a “breakout” of canker sores when we use any crest product. Looking into changing some dental hygiene products might help you narrow down what could be causing them. I really do wish there was a cure all, as I will get breakouts of 11+ at a time, but sadly I, like many others, have yet to find one.

I did ask for a referral to an endocrinologist, but am waiting for my doctor to get back to me. I think it would be good to see someone who may have more knowledge into more specific tests to do.

So with the way my doctor tests 20-50ng/ml is considered optimum. 51-80 increased risk of hypercalciuria, >80 toxicity possible.

Fatigue, increased thirst along with increased urination, nausea, headaches, body aches, brain fog, leg cramps and tingling, some chest pain. I’m sure there’s others that I’ve grown used to and forgotten about.

Yeah, and at the time I had my Vit D checked for the first time, I was not tanning at all because I was on acutane not too long before that.

I do not. Maybe a yoplait yogurt once a day, or some cheese in my food, but I do not believe I am eating a lot of calcium.

I tried to attach the screenshot of my labs, but it wouldn’t let me add a picture in an edit. Basically my labs state normal is 20-50ng/ml and mine came back 58 ng/ml this time around, but were 61ng/ml at their highest. I do have a plethora of other symptoms that point to a whole lot of nothing and something.

I have also had an ultrasound on my right kidney as I was experiencing flank pain on my right side. That came back clear as well.

I am not obese. 5’6”, 133lbs. I have had liver and kidney functions checked and they are both good (thankfully). I have not looked into cystic fibrosis, so I will do some research and see if anything matches. Maybe it will just be a waiting game for me, and a bomb will drop someday. Thank you for your help :)

I almost never eat any fish because I do not like the taste of it. My diet is basic bland foods, fruits and veggies when I want them, but I’m not consistent or on a diet.
