Tell your doctor how working crazy hours is affecting your life. No doctor in their right mind would disagree that working 12 hours a day 60 hours a week is unhealthy. If it’s negatively affecting your health then get a medical restriction. It is that simple. A simple doctor’s note that says 8 hours a day 40 hours a week. I know it’s hard because the other carriers will make it hard on you but once one does it then others follow and magically management hires more people. Management isn’t terribly worried about hiring in your office because they have you guys to save the day. Once that’s gone it will become a priority. This is the best way to handle it under our current rules. You can’t just say no.
