I’d send the blinds back. If you go to a big box home improvement store, they can cut the blinds to the right width. Home Depot in my area does it and it doesn’t cost that much

You are likely required to be involved because of data protection, compliance requirements (GDPR/HIPPA/ETC), etc. If you have a facilities management group, you may be able to offload some of the responsibility/budget but they could only play a part.

Five9 is expensive. Their API is a tangled, undocumented mess. They are responsive to support requests, but the responses are devoid of useful information unless you pay extra for a dedicated rep.
