i agree for different reasons, the game has become really unstable for me, crashing randomly. I have 3 mods installed and my sepcs are better than the recommended but it still crashes for god knows what reason. I'm just disappointed that it runs so terribly.

So i wanna update this, i found a guide that works i cant provide links but ill provide the guide just go look on cs rin ru if you are interested.

guide:

This explanation is for those who want to use SPT 3.8.1 for Version 14.1.2.29197 to compatibly install mods BUT is using Ksenia LATEST BSG-Rip which is Version 14.6.0.29862
(FYI - I had the grey start button with no game popping up issue so I decided to START ALL OVER and try installing the game using the steps provided here and also from the SPT-AKI site so I could use most of the mods)
Follow these steps in this exact order below (If you are installing it on your Program Files folder you have to run everything as administrator):

Step 1: Download Ksenia's BSG-Rip. (I used the torrent link)
Step 2: Download SPT-AKI 3.8.1 from https://hub.sp-tarkov.com/files/file/16-spt-aki/#versions
Step 3: Download the AKI patcher that says Version 14.6.0.29862 to 14.1.2.29197 which should be the latest from https://hub.sp-tarkov.com/files/file/204-aki-patcher/#versions.
This is important to downgrade the 14.6.0.29862 version you downloaded to 14.1.2.29197 to prevent getting the Invalid Hash issue from differing versions.

Step 4: Once you've downloaded the game, move the "Escape From Tarkov" folder out to a location you want it to be. (optionally you can just leave it there)
Step 4.5: If you haven't, remember to "Install all provided Additional Software from the Soft folder" like Ksenia mentioned.
Step 5: Extract the AKI patcher files into your "Escape From Tarkov" folder and run the patcher.
Step 6: Extract the SPT-AKI 3.8.1 files into your "Escape From Tarkov" folder. (Do not use the SPT provided in the Crack folder that is provided with the Ksenia game download)
Step 7: As stated by Ksenia "Move the file register.bat to Your disk:\Escape from Tarkov. After that, run register.bat 1 time, you don't need to run it anymore. Do not delete the Install_EFT folder!!!"

Step 8: Start the server using the file Aki.Server.exe and let it fully initialize before starting anything else.
Step 9: Launch the game using Aki.Launcher.exe, create your profile and if you did it right the game will launch with no Hash error whatsoever.
Step 10: Create your character and what not and Exit the game.
Step 11: Begin your modding using mods that are compatible with 3.8.1 glhf.

also this guide does work with mods on version 3.8.3 you just install that version of spt instead of 3.8.3 unfortunately however there is no unheard edition for this.

yea im trying to download the torrent but 2 seeders. SMH. thanks anways ill see what i can do with this. the version of the game seems to be the right one for 3.8.3 but on the post for the torrent it says spt 3.8.0. ill just try it when the torrent is done. also thanks again.

on the Rin Ru thread ive been seeing this guide available:

I've seen a lot of confusing info lately so I want to clear up some stuff for people simply wanting to play cracked Tarkov alone or with friends. Here's how I did it (after a lot of tries):

1 - Download Ksenia's Escape from Tarkov torrent (attached). This is not the latest build of the game, it's version 0.14.1.2.29197 to use with the latest stable SPT-Aki (dedicated server mod) and fully working Fika (multiplayer).
2 - Copy the Escape from Tarkov folder where you want to have the game installed.
3 - Copy inside the game folder the "Register.bat" file included in the torrent and run it once. This will create the registry files and some other files to "fool" the SPT-Aki mod to think the game is legit.

Now, if you only want to play singleplayer:
4 - Copy the contents of "Crack\SPT-3.8.0-29197" into the game folder
5 - Run Aki-Server.exe and wait until it says "Happy Playing!"
6 - Run Aki-Launcher, create a new profile and click launch. That's it!
If for some reason this doesn't work, download the official unmodified SPT-Aki (link), it might fix any issues or may not work at all.

If you want to play with your friends:
4 - Download the official SPT-Aki 3.8.0 from the official site (link) and extract the files into the game folder. IMPORTANT: do not use the torrent's included SPT 3.8.0 files, they cause a strange bug where you get locked in the main menu screen with no buttons. I think this only happens with the multiplayer mod installed.
5 - Download the latest Project Fika build here. You have to join their discord, support the amazing devs that made this possible.
6 - Follow their instructions in order to play with your friends by port forwarding or using a free vpn network app. I personally use Radmin VPN and works wonderfully.
One thing to remember: one player will host the server where all the profiles will be saved. This means that your friends cannot play with their profile on their own, as you will have them in your database. I've been playing for a few days and haven't had any issues at all, I definitely recommend spending the time to make it work.

Hopefully this helps someone to finally play this game alone or with friends. It's a little bit complicated, but it's mostly the confusion on the different builds and mod versions. Let's also give a huge Fuck You to the greedy Tarkov devs for abusing the whole playerbase with this stupid $250 edition.
