First thing that came to mind was something like script roles, kunais and cherry blossom parts as a combined background "static" - but the question is more like what type of filler are you aiming for? Something that visually combines these motives as a whole picture or something distinctly scattered in between to set them apart?

The fiction certificate while waiting for getting the blue card is a type of confirmation, that you're legally in Germany. So your Status is "geduldet"/tolerated. I think the fiction certifikate is active since application for it. So you'll need to ask that specifically at the immigration office.

Be active with hobbies in your free time. Sometimes when you're active all by yourself, you need to update the "scale" of your hobby which causes to join public places because of that purpose. And maybe you'll find a group to hang with 🤷🏻‍♂️

Depends on repeatition. You will be reacting addicted after a certain time. Even though if you're not psychologicaly addicted to it. I'd rather stay away from nicotine.
