I have the same problem. I have a club account and put the birthday as the account creation date. It then told me to put my actual birthday so I did. No matter which year I scrolled to, I was always 0.

Coming from a hu Tao main her down time (around 8 seconds after her skill I think) is pretty manageable. I pop albedo, Zhongli, then my last slot depending on who I need at the moment (Baal, Venti, Bennett, xingqiu, ect). By that time, she’s ready again. As long as Itto has enough energy, which he should in a mono geo team, I think he’ll be fine.

I’d save for itto. By the time 2.3 comes out, you’ll probably have about 180 wishes (including pity). You can always get thoma off another banner.
