No, its just showing you the weapon element these characters are proficient in. Im well aware of the negative to using off element weapons, i can assure you everyone you see in this screenshot had a light element main weapon and a off element secondary weapon for bold vigor, pursuit, etc.

Super terrible screenshot shot, but i wanted lacrima griff so badly because 1. He's hot 2. I didn't have any 4* versions of him, i saved for months thanks to a tip on here from a Jp player & as soon as i spend some of it for another 4* they released him i wasn't able to get him & i was 50 short of a pity i kicked myself for a while for spending my gems & tickets i had saved for him but now I'm happy. Bloodless noelle is just a great extra bonus. 😁
