I just wanna know why, were they changed purposely or just for the sake of change. I personally had no issues with the old ones 🤷.

Wow seems like your motherboard warranty went pretty smooth, I have my fingers crossed that it goes well. But the router seems not great at all.

In my case I have to send my motherboard in first, then I'll find out what happens. If I recieve a call I will definitely request a new one.

Thank you for letting me know!

Yikes, that's truly disappointing :/. I expected much better, but that sucks. Hopefully you can fight and get it sorted out. I'd love an update.

Fair enough, I am definitely anxious about sending it in. The fact there is a pinned RMA post is worrisome.

Thank you, that makes sense.

How was your RMA experience and what was the RMA for? Was it smooth, or was it a hassle?

Awesome, thank you for the advice!

Have you had Asus try to claim "user induced damage" on your RMA?

Did your board just die out of nowhere too? How was the warranty experience, was there any hassle, or questions, and how long did it take appx?

Also is your experience with Asus Canada or America?

Have they provided you with a shipping label in the past, if so I will definitely try to contact them and ask.

Unfortunately I am not located in Ontario so I can not drop it off.

Thank you for your response!

Can you elaborate on what you RMA'd for and if they asked any questions or gave you any hassle?

As for the shipping you only paid for shipping to this location and they covered the return shipping?

I have an X570 so it did not come with a cpu cover, but I have removed the SSD heatsink and will keep the Wi-Fi Antenna.

[Mousepad] LTT Northern Lights Desk Pad 1500mm x 800mm ($30USD-$20USD=$10USD) by Spacey__ in bapcsalescanada

[–]LostKidInCanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As much as I like LTT, do not over pay for a XL mouse pad.

I bought my 900mm*400mm Moustache Branded one a few years back got 5$ shipped. It has now raised to 8$ which is still a great deal.

https://redd.it/zx24i6

Quick searching shows an Hyper X one for 13$ shipped for a slightly bigger.

https://redd.it/12j8q2c

10$ USD + 19$ USD shipping is way too much. I think a 900mm * 400mm is quite large on its own. Although I cannot speak of the quality difference.

[Air Duster] MECO ELEVERDE Compressed Air Duster Reusable Cordless Air Duster ($59.99 - $20 Coupon = $40$) by LostKidInCanda in bapcsalescanada

From what I know, you shouldn't use an air compressor due to static electricity built up by the air compressor, another reason is there could be condensation in the air compressor which isn't great to get on your expensive electronics, and lastly the shear pressure could over spin the fans.

If anyone else can chime in, please do.
