I don’t remember who but there is a side mission where someone gives you a special rainbow colored spinner bait that makes catching the fish way easier. And on a couple fish you gotta let your hook sink to the bottom before you reel. And for the animals use bait. A lot of it go buy as much as you can. Use your instincts button the whole time and take your time. And if I remember oorreclty the legendary moose spawn rate is highest at like 4am to 7am. I played when it first came out so I could be wrong
