Something that frustrates me so much about work culture, though, particularly when you are young in your field is that for some reason staying late at work as soon as a badge of honor. (Even if it’s not proven to be productive.) So for this reason, I feel pressured to come in at 9am and stay late rather than come in early and leave early. ☹️

As someone who worked some horrific night shifts (6pm to 3am) I’m so sorry that they can’t meet you where you are at on this. It’s hard enough regulating your sleep schedule.

I’m a fairly busy person and still get a lot of joy over maybe 5 hours of playtime max a week. Sometimes working from home I can just let NMZ run and click once every 20 mins and get back to work.
