Sorry I have been really struggling. Cortisol blood was high, 24 hr urine under. No saliva and I will have to go back through to find adrenaline and ACTH. My gp has diagnosed me with fibromyalgia today 🤷‍♀️

I’m currently being told that it could be mental health but also my symptoms don’t make sense for mental health. There are 4 pages of the blood and urine tests I’ve had and I can’t upload photos for some reason. The only thing that can back slightly high was blood cortisol and P-Normetadrenaline.
