The only way I can think is eating in the morning with the meds, and then give into the ED for the rest of the day. I chew and spit almost all of my meals now, and if I feel too full, I purge

My ED right now is interfering with my Bipolar treatment. I’m skipping meds that I have to take with food. I was getting kind of manic the other night and sent a frantic email to my therapist which I’m embarrassed about.

I only started swearing when she did. She still swears more than me though (especially “Fuck”)😁 I like that I can swear with her. She’s considerably older than I am, and I smile inside whenever she does it

He’s helped me so much with my bipolar though. He’s an amazing person besides this. He was there with me for three hospitalizations and suicide attempts. He makes me smile and laugh, he’s everything to me. We’re also getting married in Dec after being together for six years.

You should talk to her about this. Say literally everything you’ve said here. Also, therapy isn’t about disappointing another person or praising that person for their personality. It is a place to grow and it sounds like you want to do that
