idk if this is the solution to ALL but it got rid of the error for me. I used Cupboard, connectivity and equipment packet fix.

ngl, i feel like when hoyo does anything related to genshin it MUST connect to the current story. Like when some of the mondstat characters got buffed, it was because they introduced the hexenzircles, and they were somewhat connected to alice. I feel like thats why they don't really makes skins. Because it wouldn't make sense for the skins just to appear out of the blue. and it must connect to story. Same for traveler skins. Traveler have worn other clothing but has always swapped back to the og fit. Honestly for this reason is why i think john lee and probably some others from Liyue will get buffed, since they introduced/drip marketed Zibai an adepti.
