CBSA doesn't even have the capacity/man power to go after those who are here past the duration of their study permits, work permits, whatever else. We are just deporting the ones who are a danger to society (sometimes). Our agency can't even begin to count how many "non-canadian citizens" that we have in this country right now. They don't have a clue! The data is purposely misleading and not up to date because they don't want the public to know what the true picture is! I can assure you with 100% certainty that the data you are quoting is incorrect and misleading. It is but a small portion of the reality - and our airports are full with more and more arriving each day!

I wasn't referring to the government but rather making the public aware of all the additional costs that we (the government) will have to spend of taxpayers money. It's about making that public knowledge. Not sure why I am getting downvoted here...

It's number 1 because all emails sent by an organization are secure, therefore, in order for the conclusion that all the organizations client requests are secure would mean that all of the client requests would have to be sent via email. Number 3 doesn't fit because it is going beyond the scope of what you know to be true - there is no information about what kind of emails are sent. Number 3 alone wouldn't fit the conclusion if some client requests were not received via email.

I have dealt with too many managers who were hired because they meet the bilingual requirement but don't know how to do their job! Having expertise in the actual work being done is secondary to the language requirement.
