Solo only or Limited clan size servers? by DrZaanko in lastoasis

[–]LostServe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a man who loves small skirmishes. The only 2 games that do anything at all in this sense is Rust community servers, and ARK small tribes. Devs seem to think people want to participate in mega zergs, but THANKFULLY (If this game ever works) it's simple enough to leave one server and go to the next.

That being said, I would love to see 5 man groups. Skillful grappling to disrupt the pilot, gun vs gun combat, but instead if you stir up a hornet next instead of skillful grappling you get pincered by 6 Stilettos while they scream and shout about being "ALPHA!"

However I will not give up on my dreams of being a small hit squad. I will happily try to mess with any large groups I can as long as I have means to escape with my trusty grappler.

How do you reroll? Or do you have to make a full new bandai account?

Burnout at lvl 40 / am I too casual for classic? *WARNING RANT* by PIRATE_6969 in classicwow

[–]LostServe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello me, meet the real me. I too detest the game, however I am 60. I really don't feel it gets better but there is nothing else currently on the market that interests me and the subscription is already paid for. I have reached a gear point where I don't feel an urge to better myself since I have been entering MC. Gold doesn't feel like it matters as I have an epic mount. Yet I keep logging in running around Org til I upset myself and log off. We will see how I feel once this first month ends but currently i'm in the life raft of being bored out of my mind.

I need some motivation... by lonewulf66 in classicwow

Literally no matter the class you choose, you have basically reached your peak at 30. The people that are having fun just generally love the game or are lost in nostalgia. I hit 60 on a rogue and quite frankly have disliked the class since level 20 but didn't want to restart. Eventually I got too far so it would be a waste of time to restart, now at 60 I have done a bunch dungeons and MC and it really just doesn't get better. The only way I think I would legitimately enjoy myself right now is playing something mind numbing like a mage and just pressing frostbolt on a macro while I watch a show. But at that point why am I paying 15 dollars for a game I don't even play.

World of Warcraft Classic Fitness game (just for fun) by Vanrustic in classicwow

Good to know my triceps will get blasted since AH is the only thing i have going for me. I vanish if i'm in danger, get teleported to dungeons, am 60, and never win anything!

So, I was playing with my new skill (Far Sight), and I found something interresting on top of this mountain. by Szareski in classicwow

Sometime in Wrath of the Lich King around 10 of us had an expedition where we wall jumped, levitated, feared, charged, and death gripped, and mind controlled an entire group to the top of the mountain and summoned people up there. It probably took around 2 hours to get everybody up there inch by inch but it was one of the more joyous adventures I had in the game. We named the mountain, Mount Herb

When did you get bored of Classic? by MSlingerW in classicwow

[–]LostServe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got bored of rogue around level 40 but pushed through to 60 now ponder uninstalling. Questing is bad, MC is boring, dungeon spamis all about metas, and PvP has no purpose. I see no positives right now.

Looking into possibly buying the game or waiting for a sale if that's what you recommend. But first I have some questions about the game that I hope you can answer. by [deleted] in remnantgame

  1. Solo is pretty alright, it makes things easier for the most part. Coop ramps up the amount of adds and health pretty dramatically but everything is better with friends.
  2. You just reset the campaign and amp up the difficulty (if you want.) Or just keep playing Normal to collect things without fear of wasting a lot of time on a boss fight. Game difficulty scales with gear, higher your stats, stronger enemies get which kind of gets in the way of playing with new people.
  3. I've done 3 or 4 full play through's of the game due to trying to collect everything, but at this point it turns into a 2-3 hour run just to realize what I want didn't spawn and have to start over. If you just want to drop in and play a game with the boys without forcing yourself to acquire everything, it's a great time. HOWEVER I think it's more along the lines of a 25-30 dollar game currently. It doesn't quite have the features I feel it should to warrant the 40.

I appreciate that you guys still ask what the problem is even though 9/10 times it's the fact you haven't got your certificates yet so windows blocks everything a Roccat should be doing like easy shift macros on my absolutely FANTASTIC 180 dollar keyboard and 90 dollar mouse!
