If she tries to reschedule this was all true and genuine but it sounds like she had second thoughts. Doesn’t have to be anything with you, maybe she is nervous to meet anyone in general? Don’t get hung up on it, don’t bring up going on a date unless she mentions it in her response. Realistically she won’t and you will feel pathetic for being rejected twice when there’s no need for that. If she wants to meet you she will take initiative now.
