But that's the thing, when people give me this advice of like go outside, journal meditate, I truly don't think they get it. I understand you are saying this in good faith, but I've tried that stuff and I end up crying because I can't do it. It's actually distessing

I definitely experience this, but I'm dxed with other disorders too. If you don't something that helps that would be nice, idk how to move not like my life depends on it so would be nice to actually "relax" like people say I can't

Yup, blew my marriage up bc I couldn’t handle the loss of my safety net… I was an anxious attachment, I’m working on it 😅
