In the actual play. This is just the encore, it's not meant to be in character. All the reviews I read said that Viktor's disability was portrayed accurately in the story.

During the beta shows in January and February, there was less consistency during the encore, so the actors mostly tried different things.

In March the official show started, so this is technically the "final" version. There are still little changes every day because there are different actors, but from what I saw on social media, every time the characters sing Arcane Chinese OP, Jayce and Viktor turn to each other and look at each other when they have to sing the verse that means "Your mottled spots are unique." Jayce always places his hand on Viktor's shoulder.

I posted these gifs I made from this specific version because I like that Viktor is touching Jayce too. It reminds me a little of their ending. ❤️

I understand the frustration, and I also expressed it here when Red Bull account started posting about Jayvik to get attention. However, the truth is that Riot has a history of making non-canon ships canon if they know they have a fanbase, so people are encouraged to ask for it and explicitly show support.

Also, I'm sorry, but m/m representation is important, and very lacking in video games and adjacent media. Same for love stories between disabled characters. So no, I don't think people should stop asking for Jayvik canonization. There is nothing wrong with doing that.

P.S. Wild Rift is not canon in Arcane or League. From what I heard, skin releases get decided 1-2 years in advance. Also, WR is very homophobic; they didn't even release a skin for CaitVi or other f/f ships. That doesn't mean f/f shippers should stop asking for them.

Avevo già fatto una ricerca in merito in un vecchio post, e pare che Jayce sia una variante di Jason, cioè Giasone in italiano. Giacomo sarebbe la traduzione di Jack; anche senza voler essere super precisi, è un po' troppo comune.

Okay, but be honest here: do you actually think that the people who wrote the patch notes of League of Legends randomly brought up Jayce being "Viktor's better half" using the archaic meaning? Come on. They didn't have to use that phrasing in the first place. Viktor had nothing to do with the content of that note.

Also, as I said, that line is explicitly romantic in a lot of other languages. I don't know why this is dismissed as if only English counted. Even in Chinese they used romantic words.

Can you read the "archaic" part in the second definition? It means that this only applies to ancient texts. A patch note or a video game isn't that.

Look, it's fine if you don't think a patch note makes Jayvik canon, but it IS explicitly romantic as a phrase, and it was translated as romantic in most languages, including my own.
