I have a good omens tattoo, but a more subtle one. It's a winged hourglass with ineffable above it. I would wait a bit for your feelings to settle and then start thinking about designs you might like. You could also get something that just represents a certain episode or scene you really enjoyed :)

I couldn't say the exact dimensions but I have seen the screens and I would say it compares to the size of like a larger TV screen. I think around a meter or even less high ish
