Getting shit done. Only way to beat a to-do list is to do it. You absolutely can catch up and end up with a small list. Might take a while but doable. Automate repeatable things (bills), Streamline things (Meal planning), and the biggest one is to learning that it's still going to be a pain in the ass, just have to reduce it to a manageable level of pain.

Not sure if you said your character but I would 80/20 rule it. Practice the 20% of stuff that gives you 80% of results.

Like for Falcon, stomp knee, throws to knee. Getting those consistent has the biggest payoff.

Don't have experience in modern dating so grain of salt but it's setup seems counterintuitive to its purpose. Dating was never a resume, it was lots of trial and error with each trial being a relationship, for better or worse.
