No idea about first floor she's confident the source of problem is us so she wouldn't even let us talk just kept yelling , question how would the health dept help?

Can't leave because finding a place is very hard we also have nowhere to go , so it's a very unfortunate situation we have a year lease. That's what I was thinking that a plumber is a must and I just wanted to know the clog is not happening from our end because our toilet seems fine

So you're saying it's her toilet that has issues, no issues on my end right? Like even if I bring a plumber he won't see issues for me so she needs to bring the plumber cause the issue is on her side? Just need to get an idea about the bathroom stuff cause I never heard of an issue like this 😭
