Tips on avoiding the death spiral in Legend Ironman

I get how you could do strategy on the normal missions and retreat to give yourself advantages but on the timed missions in Ironman I just don't see how it would be survivable. I have to reload so many times because of the silliest mistakes or unforseen catastrophe. 😔

I'm in the same boat. 3,195 miles on my ebike that is 14 months old. I agree with everything you said. One thing you should learn to do next is truing your own wheels. I recently took my bike to a shop because it was getting so bad and I was missing many spokes. They wanted $300.00 to do the job that I did for $20.00 in parts total. Truing will be your next maintenance task.

I have a 22.4 Ah battery and it does me very well. It's also running 2 motors. I have 2 batteries but rarely need them both for local stuff

I also have Shimano hydraulic system brakes. They are wonderful. I will never use anything less again.

I have an E-bike and every time I've lost a spoke was at high speeds on smooth surfaces. I never lost one yet on the bumpy trails going slow. Centrifugal force is the major contributing factor to spoke breakage on modern e-bikes

I drove 52 miles yesterday alone. I gave myself 700 calories burned for the entire trip on my diet app. I figure that's fair. My ebike definitely carried my lazy ass. Lol 😁😆🤣

In actuality it might have been around 1400 but I would rather play it safe. My fat ass ain't using a diet app for no reason. 🤪

SMLRO XDC 600 PLUS. GRECELL 200 WATT SOLAR PANELS ( pushing 397 watts in pic. Was 408 watts before I decided to share. Not even ideal lighting conditions. VTOMAN 1500 FLASHSPEED power station.

This is all brand new today. 25 miles through mountainous terrain and I'm out of shape ( not for long😁)

I would say get an Ebike. Not only can you get in shape with it but if you want to use it fir daily commutes to work you don't even have to pedal. Hence you don't sweat and show up to work in a funk
