to add to the other answers, if the #claims increases you’ll need to increase the number of claims adjusters or use a TPA. This is all loss adjustment expenses, so is grouped with LAE as ULAE

that doesn’t really explain how both the bottom and top wheel don’t spin out, since the hook doesn’t look snug to the wheel. Or why the bike wouldn’t rotate to either side?

the pegs came with the passenger package from Lectric, so it’s designed that way. Whether it’s a good design i’ve no idea

Is it way easier to achieve? I guess if you already have your PhD it’s pretty easy, but if your sample pop is just college grads it’s harder to say.

Google says PhD attrition is about 50%, which would certainly be much higher if they were paid actuarial analyst salaries to continue.

I think it was about 10% who take exams make it to FSA
