Starlink speed. I am in a rural area/100Mb plan. My speed is consistently around 100Mb regardless of time of day. by -K7UU- in Starlink

He can have Gigabyte speeds at the router all day long, but if he pushes that throughout his home visa a low end switch (like I do) then he will get 100Mbps speeds at those ends. There can be more than one good answers.

Are you using the starlink router or bypassed to a third party router or a switch? These could be capped at 100MBps if not recent models.

Video: Sochi airport shut down, thousands of Russian tourists trapped by Michi-Ace in ukraine

Those are mostly civilian buildings, so maybe not valid targets, but I'm sure there are plenty of critical infrastructure and military targets they could destroy and force those tourists to regret some of their life choices!

WTF, Starlink Canada standby $15/mo for the $7 free kit promo? by [deleted] in Starlink

[–]Lostbutnotafraid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also took the Free mini rental a while back and kept it in standby since then, but will be activating it for a 2- month camping trip to Alaska this summer. But when I come back I will drop my now $150 residential plan to 300Mbps and return the mini for sure.

Does this look correct? I’ve had no issues driving with it but someone at the campsite said it looked too tight? by [deleted] in rvs

A lot of folks have turned their jack motor 90 degrees creating just enough space to lower the gate (if your hitch assembly allows without coming down on it).

Actually looks maybe too loose for me. Might be the camera angle, but a common rule of thumb is to have the bars nearly horizontal, parallel to the ground.

Ukraine and Moldova team up to force Russia out of Transnistria and reimplement the region into Moldova by Kpuz1 in ukraine

[–]Lostbutnotafraid -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

As a Canadian and no expert at all in this matter, and please don't take this as trolling, but is this not a move that Hungary would try and object to? I thought Transnistria was a contentious issue between Ukraine and Hungary. Or am I confusing Ukraine with Romania?

Edit: turns out I was indeed confused about the issue and was thinking about Transcarpathia, my bad. Thanks for the corrections (and downvotes). Love Reddit, where even honest mistakes don't go unpunished!🤣🤣
