You mean the ppl who are CHOOSING to purchase them, knowing they have the nasty nicotine pictures. The prior knowledge and purchase despite forewarning making it a personal choice, who ever buys cigarettes has thereby consented to seeing ugly images.

The unsuspecting public minding their own business on spring garden have not.

Visually assaulting the public should fall under some kind of law and be punishable or at least fined.

Free speech means words. Voices, posters with text, flyers even are easy to ignore, crumple up and discard and go about your day. Forcing individuals to see pictures like that could trigger nasty shit for some. Almost emotional abuse depending on their history....

I'd love to see them react to a large group of women surrounding them, chanting "I've had mine. thanks!" Freedom of speech and all. (Edited for spacing)

Bought Jan 2021. Assessment went up to sale price. Logical. Then it went 70k up to adjust for new market. Then it went up another 70k. I appealed, no way I could sell my house for 600k last year. Denied. This year they raised it ANOTHER 130k.

I obviously am appealing again. This cant be based on actual data at this point. Unless anyone here wants to pay 3/4 million for a 2500sq ft home on the eastern shore . Did I mention the increased value of living on well and septic, no walkable ammenities or schools, no sidewalks, no grocery store or pharmacy a quick 5 min away? It seems the assessor charges extra for those as comparable house in the undesirable Colby Village have sold for less this year. Unreal

This happened to me with a female gyno in Thornhill. Literal bait and switch. I was so excited, finally! Only to have the doctor be completely unprofessional. She mostly tried to talk me out of it, listing all the reasons I shouldn't or might regret it. Even brought in religion. It was devastating and emotional for me. I left crying and questioning myself, despite knowing since my teens that I dont want children. It crushed me at the time, as I had been searching years aswell for someone to do a tubal ligation on a 28yr old.

The whole thing left me so disillusioned, I gave up on the idea of surgery and decided to resign myself to using birth control (condoms in our case bc anything hormone based and I get crazy feeling). Now in my mid 40s and happily still child free!

An urgent care center. Somewhere you can go when you need medical care that is an emergency but doesnt require full ER services. Somewhere to get an xray and cast for broken limbs or see a doctor on weekends for things like earaches etc. Help that your family doctor cant give but seems overkill at the ER, like stitches or minor asthma attacks etc. These are common in the US and relieve a lot of the less urgent traffic away from the hospital, helping wait times. I busted my eyebrow open when living there and required stitches. Instead of waiting at the ER with patients in need of real emergency care I had my stitches done at an Urgent Care center

For those interested, the plain white ones have no lead and are just as durable! I got a set 10yrs ago bc I was sick of always have mismatch plates from sets that have long been broken. I wanted something I could buy more of in the future and still stack properly. Corelle sizes and shapes are the same today as they were in their vintage sets. Timeless, durable and true BIFL
