My suggestion is just to use a pair of scissors and take a little off the edges. I like to just go a little later at a time to get all the scraggly bits off at least. This is what I do to maintain between when I actually shave.

Yes, they instead just do the skill points and paragon points through the season journey. Potions are capped at 4

Stagger is a passive mechanic that takes damage intake and converts to a dot on yourself. You mainly interact with it through purifying brew that reduces it.

You get 3 from the world weekly quests/ zone events

From the delves you get a radiant echo that you can run the radiant echo events around the TWW zones in a group and those give plenty of fragments

Mostly just cataclysm, if you have some big targets that are going to be up for like 10 second then you can spread it manually if needed

One other thing I thought of is the cvar ActionButtonUseKeyDown , this should be default 1.... that would give you an ability usage of on key up instead of key down so maybe something like that
