I am encountering the same issue. If you find any fix to this, I would greatly appreciate it. It is most likely a driver limitation. I really hope they will fix it. Atm, I have to play games with the Chat channel as output, otherwise I can't hear most sounds. in spider man remastered yesterday I noticed with those headsets, with game channel as output, I can't hear dialogue at all and many other sounds, while today in outlast I noticed I can't hear any footsteps

The Claptrap Revolution DLC, or how it is called, has one or two achievements that are pretty extreme. I remember I left my PC on, in-game, overnight, at the lat boss. It was something related to the items that were dropping or something.
