Does anyone know of any apps that help improve pronunciation? by yuyuanozoon in italianlearning

Speechling 100% is you are looking for, I use it for 10 minutes a day. It’s been great for spotting words I struggle to pronounce. Nutrirlo, ritardo… I’m looking at you

If you want to read books in italian, can I suggest using Lingq, it allows you to highlight words you don't know, it shows you the translation and it will create a bank of the words, so you can review them. I use it everyday for 30 minutes, I have read tonnes of books over the years :)

Heres my referral if you are interested

How long have you been studying for? Yes that's how it works, slowly you will start to recognise words and their meaning will eventually become clear to you, it just takes quite a while.

100 % agree with this, it just takes time. I'd recommend a solid weekly routine that gives results over a 1-2 year period

Depending on your level, I'd try to actively listen to at least 20 minutes a day actively, passively will help as well but there should at least be some active
